About us – Dinkelhof

The Dinkelhof was established as a grain trading company in the midst of the 80s by Willi Maurer and was expanded over the years.
Today the Dinkelhof is led by Willi Maurer and Peter Maurer.

Beside the trading with spelt also other kinds of grains are purchased and sold.
The Dinkelhof is characterized by outstanding quality in conventional crop and organic crop.

Beside the sufficient storage capacities the Dinkelhof possesses current technologies for peeling the spelt and for the purification of the grain.

The Dinkelhof is certified according to DE-ÖKO-006.
